<p>Basically it&#8217;s the story of how the <a href="http://www.avivadirectory.com/blogger-law/" target="_blank">Aviva Directory has compiled a list of 12 U.S. Laws every blogger should know</a>.</p>
<p>It covers a lot of ground, and it left me wondering whether we need a similar list for Danish bloggers.</p>
<p>As Stuart Bruce puts it:</p>
<blockquote><p>It only applies to the US, but given the lack of UK and European case law it does provide some food for thought.</p></blockquote>
<p>Not being a legal wiz myself I can&#8217;t take on the task, but I bet there are people out there who could. An idea for Danish bloggers/law students?</p>
<p>Thinking of <a href="http://www.hovedetpaabloggen.dk/2007/04/24/watchingblog-har-planket-min-tekst/" target="_blank">Trine Maria&#8217;s recent issues with stolen content</a> (in Danish) and a bunch of other cases from the last couple of years, it would be nice to have a local list to refer to.</p>
