MAN, my feedreader suffered after yesterday’s Steve Jobs’ keynote at Macworld Expo 2007!

And MAN, do I want that iPhone

But what’s up with not making the iPhone UMTS or HSDPA enabled? Edge just doesn’t cut it, speed-wise…Nokia seem to agree with me, but then again – you’d kinda expect them to, right?

Anyway, it looks dead sexy, and I like the fact that it runs OSX software.

Next thing I’m looking forward to know more about is the Modbook – the first ever Mac tablet…. oh, I hope it’s nice!

Thomas over at 3Blog responds cleverly and personaly to an article in Computerworld that insinuates that 3G as a technology wil never really penetrate.

He writes about the value he himself (and his family) gets from 3G, and by doing so he does what traditional advertisement can rarely do, namely demonstrate relevance, and exemplify in a sympathetic manner, how a product or technology – in its own small way – enrichens his everyday life.

Personally, I gain loads from 3G as well. I get my emails and attachments i a flash, I upload pic’s to my Flickr account, and I read and watch the news on my way to work… It’s not as if I couldn’t live without it, but the same could be said about my TV, my MP3 player, my DVD and a bunch of other stuff that makes every day just a little bit more fun and interesting.

Good one, Thomas – I agree.

Finally! I was there to develop idea, push for internal goodwill toward the project, initiate the conceptual development, but I left before the launch. Nevertheless, it’s really cool for me to see that 3Blog is now a reality.

It is far too early for me to say anything about the quality and/or the success of the blog, but I stand by, what has been my attitude since we first discussed the concept of the blog. It is super-gutsy for a telecommunications company (especially a service provider) to even consider blogging. There’s bound to be a few negative comments, but I do believe the company will gain from this initiative in the long run.

That is, if they stick to it and give it the attention it deserves. Anyway – coudos for launching, guys! I look forward to reading tons of interesting posts and comments.
