Admittedly, I have a soft spot for all things Swedish. I can’t explain it – that’s just the way it is.
Earlier on today Massi posted a YouTube vid under the headline Strangely fascinating video – it is indeed. And the lyrics are sooo Swedish it’s like, well, music to my ears…
The band behind the video is ‘Familjen’ (The Family), and if you mosey on over to www.detsnurrariminskalle.com, they let you download two different mixes of their track ‘Det snurrar i min skalle’ (my head is spinning) absolutely free of charge.
In my case that was a good idea, cause the next step for me will be buying their album.
The point of this post? Well, pointing to a cool band that have understood the mechanisms in today’s entertainment industry. And it just seemed that the whole Radiohead thing had been covered already.

Bought the album after seeing the video on interiority.com. Very swedish indeed – and very great. “Det snurrar i min skalle” still gets the most plays, though… I have a feeling that this track is only just about to take off.
