Found this story over at A PR Guy’s Musings.
Basically it’s the story of how the Aviva Directory has compiled a list of 12 U.S. Laws every blogger should know.
It covers a lot of ground, and it left me wondering whether we need a similar list for Danish bloggers.
As Stuart Bruce puts it:
It only applies to the US, but given the lack of UK and European case law it does provide some food for thought.
Not being a legal wiz myself I can’t take on the task, but I bet there are people out there who could. An idea for Danish bloggers/law students?
Thinking of Trine Maria’s recent issues with stolen content (in Danish) and a bunch of other cases from the last couple of years, it would be nice to have a local list to refer to.
