Blog beef gone corporate

In a previous post I wrote about blog beefs – Media Culpa went one-up on that one and dug up a story on corporate blogfights. Highly entertaining!

UPDATE: One of the involved parties has commented on the post at Media Culpa, underlining the fact that the conflict is in fact personal, and not representative of the before-named corporation, so no corporate blog fight after all – click comments in the original post to read for yourself

UPDATE #2: Do check out the comments for this post – it’s not as clear cut as I thought – I’ll be the first to admit that.

I answered his comment and I don’t agree that this is strictly personal. Read my blog to see why.

Duly noted – I can only urge those interested in the case to read as much as possible from both parties to form their opinions. But this does raise an interesting question. When, exactly, is a blog personal, and when is it corporate? Is the classic disclaimer insufficient? Where do you draw the line? It’s complex – Hans makes a good point in his post, and the question is if we can ever establish rock solid boundaries?
