Fashion blog goes analog

I was at NYmag.com having a giggle at the approval matrix for this week – male Danish readers may recognize the format of the approval matrix, since it’s been blatantly copied (though adequately executed – originality, after all, isn’t everything) by Danish men’s magazine Euroman.

I stumbled upon this story (see, I’m not all that original myself :-) ) which, to me, says it all. Blogs are as mainstream as you can possibly get! Fashion blog The Sartoralist has been ‘copied’ onto the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue as decoration. Well wha’do’yaknow… Can’t help but wonder what’s next, and whether my own feeble scribles wil ever wind up plastered all over a shop window? Maybe the kebab-joint around the corner? Maybe if I write a limerick, praising their döners? how cool would that be? (not very, I know)
