I like Google – a lot! I use a bunch of Google’s services – notebook, calendar, spreadsheets, pages (for temporary stuff that’s off-topic and doesn’t belong in my blog), Writely (recently purchased by Google), Google video, Google reader – and the list goes on. I even used to Blog Blogger-style, but you gotta admit, Blogger is no match for WordPress.
Anyhoo – I recently switched from PC to Mac. With Intel processors and Parallels and/or Bootcamp there’s simply no excuse not to. But I found that Google seemed to cater more to the ol’ PC crowd. I was flabbergasted. That is, until the launch of the Official Google Mac Blog!
I now expect to be pampered big time!
I already downloaded the “handy set of Dashboard widgets for checking Gmail, posting to your blog, and checking your search history” and a bunch of other stuff. Looking forward to more great product news on the blog – Good one, Google!
